About Me

I have an MSc in Psychological Studies from the University of Glasgow, UK and am registered with the British Psychological Society. I am also registered with the American Psychological Association as an International Affiliate. Having spent hundreds of hours volunteering with different populations and demographics in India as well as the UK, I am passionate about helping people wade deeper into the waters of their emotions and live authentically.

 

My inclination towards counselling psychology stems from my personal experiences of navigating complex relationships, frequent relocation during childhood, and exploring what it means to define and own my identity.
