Therapy with me

Currently, I operate fully virtually and provide individual eTherapy. As a practitioner, I'm an empathetic and non-judgemental therapist that uses mindfulness, acceptance and radical honesty with the self as tools to empower clients. I guide and support clients in their journeys of finding their own truths, their own answers to life's questions to create real, long lasting change.

 

Specifically, I provide eclectic, client - centred therapy rooted in humanism, with a focus on psychodynamics, narrative therapy, existential therapy and overall holistic mental wellness.

Ultimately, I pride myself in creating long term therapeutic relationships with clients, using the established trust as a foundation to facilitate positive change.
